CASA BLUMER IS NO PARTY LOCATION, but a guesthouse!

General Terms of Use

Outside noise until 10 PM, after you unsolicited continue inside at room level and with closed windows. It is then also quiet on the balconies with no noise in the neibourhood after 10 PM.

Only checked-in people on the premises (no party guests)

Payment Terms

The full reservation amount is to be paid in CHF before your arrival (bank account or PayPal or TWINT, fees paid by the client. No credit cards accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

CASA BLUMER will never cancel – if in complete accident with cancellation <7 days before arrival, CASA BLUMER will refund 100% of the paid amount.

Should the client cancel within 7 days after booking, 100% will be refunded (minus payment fees).

Should the client cancel <7 days before arrival, 50% will be refunded (minus payment fees).

No shows on arrival day result in 0% of refund.

 

Security Terms

The booking person will after payment provide ID (printed, electronic, photo) get a door code for the villa front door.

The booking person is responsable that all doors/windows are closed / locked before leaving the villa each time. 

 

Terms for Kitchen Use

We provide a clean and fully equipped guest kitchen. Please switch the overhead ventilator on while cooking and leave the kitchen clean again.

CASA BLUMER is not accountable for lost personal items – lock your room with the provided key and the villa before leaving.

Use of the garden is at own risk and children are to be supervised at any time - CASA BLUMER is not responsable nor accountable for any possible events or accidents.
